• Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

• South Africa: 7–20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. From time to time, Verdique may offer free shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Delays

Although we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:

Incorrect Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
